- Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders. Please be certain before completing the checkout. If you would like to return your item once you receive it, you can do so in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Also, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.
- How long will it take to get my order once it is shipped?
It depends on where you are, and on the items in your order. Please see the item description for further details.
Once shipped, US orders will take 4-8 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- Why Was My Order Canceled ?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund.
- If I receive the wrong item in my order, or a damaged item do I have to pay to ship it back?
No way! Give our web team a buzz at +1 321-217-2151 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a prepaid label to return it to us!
- Can I have my order redirected to a different address?(shipped)
Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.
If the original address is a valid address, the parcel will be delivered there. You can contact your local post office when it arrives there, to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you.
If the original address is invalid, your package will be undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. You can contact our Customer Care Team with the order number. We’ll be more than happy to help!
- Is there a way to be notified when certain products are restocked?
Yes! If a product is out of stock in your desired size you will see a green “notify me” tab on the left side of the screen. Click it and you may enter your email address to be notified if that item in that size becomes available again. You can also call our store to be added to a call list to receive a phone call! Also a great way to stay in the know about new arrivals and restocks is to become a fan on our Facebook page and follow us on Instagram.
- What does one size mean?
One size (OS) means that the item only comes in one size that is made to fit a range of sizes.
